The heated, fresh water pool and spa are screened in and overlooking the canal and private dock. Natural light fills the expansive interior, complete with an open-concept living room and gourmet kitchen. This southeast Cape Coral home is approximately 10 houses from the beach (5-minute walk) and provides direct access via the canal to the Caloosahatchee River (3-minute boat ride) that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. Easily rent a boat nearby and explore ‘Venice of America’s’ 400 miles of navigable waterways. Located within walking distance to the Boathouse Restaurant Bar & Grill as well as the Yacht Club – which is open to the public!*Please note: Cape Coral Yacht club will be going through a major renovation starting April 2022, the entire park may be closed but the Boat House restaurant will remain open.LIVING AREA- This professionally decorated home boasts an open living room with soaring ceilings. A gas fireplace creates added allure.Relax and watch a new film on the 75″ smart TV.KITCHEN & DINING- Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the gourmet kitchen. The fourth suite features a queen bed, 58″ TV, and direct pool access. A bright en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES- Step outside to a screened lanai with a heated freshwater pool, spa, and lounge chairs. This outdoor oasis overlooks the canal. Enjoy dinner by sunset at a dining table for six. A gas grill is at the ready, and the sleek wet bar features a mini-fridge. The dock and waterfront are steps away. (The dock can accommodate a boat up to 34′ in length.) An outdoor shower is located on the pool deck.EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS- Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, two kayaks are provided. Driveway parking is available for four cars.The pool heat is set to 82 degrees. If the weather is 60 degrees or cooler, the pool will not reach this temperature. Pool heaters need warm air to circulate and work, therefore it needs to be at least 60 degrees outside. This is standard for all pool heaters. The boat and boat lift are not available for guest use BUT you may tie your boat up to the dock. Pets are strictly prohibited and are not permitted under any circumstances due to the owner’s severe animal dander allergy.LOCATION- Bring your boat! A boat launch is located 2 blocks from home.
