Radiant heat flooring throughout the main floor as well as a dual split heat/air conditioning unit. Loft bedroom with queen bed under dome for incredible views of the Colorado night skies. Living area with Smart TV, sectional sofa, easily transforms to a comfortable, no spring Queen+ bed. Sitting area with 2 multi function chaise chairs that convert to full-size beds. Sleeps 6. Bathroom with walk-in shower (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided), extra large luxurious cotton bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Also in the bathroom is a stackable washer and dryer w supply of detergent tabs and dryer sheets included. Expansive deck with gas grill, outdoor dining plus lounge seating overlooking the Mesa. There is plenty of lighting both inside and outside. The yurt is set on a 15-acre property with plenty of privacy and serenity, but owners are nearby on the property if needed.
