You may walk on the beautiful sea promenade near the villa.You’ll like the villa, as you’ll find everything you need here for couples, including children over 8 years old, and groups of up to 5 people.The house is located in a small complex of 13 units next to the ocean.The villa 160 m2 with private garden.The ground floor – the kitchen, the large living room with dining area of 70 m2 and toilet. Access to the private garden from the living room, where guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open air, there is a barbecue.The second floor – the main bedroom 25 m2 has a double bed of 1.80 m, with balcony, private bathroom and dressing room; the second bedroom 15 m2 has a double bed of 1.50 m also with balcony; the third small bedroom of 10 m2 has a single bed; shared bathroom on two bedrooms.Downstairs there is a garage 34 m2. You can directly get into the house from the garage.Two pools (large and for children) are available for swimming in the complex of 13 units.The house is fully equipped for you to feel at home with everything you need. We provide towels, bed linens and other essentials, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, kettle, blender, dishware, glasses, cups and other kitchen utensils.Los Abrigos is 3 km away where there are the most famous restaurants in Tenerife with the ocean view and fresh seafood – it’s just a dream of gourmet!!! We will recommend the best restaurants where you can go and try delicious food and which places are worth visiting on the island 🙂 A huge shopping area with many supermarkets is 5 minutes away by car, the airport is also nearby. Las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 15 km away where the real island life is in full swing. Nearby there are many comfortable equipped beaches with sand, including the beaches in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. It’s not far away from El Médano, Tejita and Montaña Roja with the fantastic sandy beach. Barceló 5 star hotel and San Blas village are within walking distance to shops and restaurants.The best way of moving around the island is renting a car.
