You enter into a four-car covered parking with room for bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas.After going up the steps and onto the front porch, the door opens to a living room where you will find comfy seating and an open floor plan. Complimentary Wifi is also included. On the opposite side of the room is a casual dining area with seating for eight and an open kitchen area that is defined by a dining/serving counter with bar stools. The fully-equipped kitchen also features generous cupboard space and stainless steel appliances. There is also a pantry.Down the hallway is a convenient powder room, a closet, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer (and a sink with counter), and a bedroom. The lower floor bedroom is a bright corner room with a king-size bed boasting new bedding, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate soaking bathtub. The bathroom was recently remodeled.At the top of the 2nd-floor stairway is another living area with a pull-out sofa, a cozy chair, and a new TV. This area also boasts a workspace with a desk. Right off this loft area is bedroom #2 featuring a cathedral ceiling, a new queen-size bed, new TV, and a private remodeled bath.A short hallway then leads to bedroom #3, which also has a cathedral ceiling, as well as a king-size bed, a new TV, and a private remodeled bath. Bedroom #4 is across the hall. It has two queen beds, a new TV, and a remodeled private bath with a walk-in shower.Our villa has all-new paint and we have added new flooring throughout (no carpet except on the steps). We continually add touches throughout to make this a comfortable getaway!The Lyons complex in Port Royal Plantation is a small group of spacious, duplex townhomes clustered around a landscaped green area. This common area features a large pool and two individual grilling areas.
