2 Bedroom, 1 & 1/2 Bath year round house in the scenic and classic New England town of Madison, CT on Long Island Sound. A 550 foot walk to private LI Sound Beach as shown in Photos. House is also located on the Western edge of Hammonasset Beach State Park. Our house, at 7 Pent Road, is on a very private, quiet, dead end lane, in a family neighborhood just off Webster Point Road. Madison is in the heart of the Connecticut ‘Gold Coast’, a series of small sea shore New England towns where Boating, Beaches, Swimming, and Restaurants are all in abundance.Day trips to Providence Rhode Island, Old Essex CT, Yale/New Haven and Mystic Aquarium are among the local venues. Contact owner for approval if your pet is over 20 pounds or have more than 1 pet. See fees for cleaning and pet charges. Note that the 2 BRs are on the 2nd floor – there is a day bed in the sun room. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, max size is mini van. For November thru April rentals, renter pays all utilities in addition to the rental rates. The house color has been updated FROM BLUE TO CAPE CODE GRAY.
