MAGGIE’S PLACE – 200 YARDS TO THE BEACH LOCATED IN AN OCEANFRONT FAMILY RESORTSpacious, relaxing and colorful! Enjoy the excitement of Ocean Lakes in this beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that sleeps 13 in comfort and beach style (plus 4 additional with pull-out couches = 17). The home is located on the southern end of Ocean Lake, just a 200 yard walk or golf cart ride to the beach with lifeguards and chair/umbrella rentals available (during prime season) along with many amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer. The first floor of this raised beach house has a spacious deck with plenty of seating. Inside you will find an open living, dining and kitchen, perfect for family gatherings. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped. The first floor also features a washer and dryer pair and a master bedroom with a king bed, TV, balcony, and ensuite. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with TV and balcony access. Both upstairs bathrooms are off the hallway. Under the house has plenty of entertaining space with bar, seating, outdoor TV, swings, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, and grill. Mattresses purchased in 2021 and quilts laundered between rentals!!!After enjoying a relaxing day at the beach clean up in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water!Ocean Lakes is a gated community with extraordinary amenities including a large resort style pool, water park, kids splash zone, miniature golf, lazy river, indoor pool, arcade, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, several lakes for fishing, recreation center, general store and cafe. Church services are also on site. Enjoy peace of mind with 24 hour security patrols and gated entry.PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OCEAN LAKES WEBSITE FOR OUTDOOR POOL OPENING FOR SPRING AND FALL SEASON. (OceanLakes.com)Park your car and you never have to leave but if you choose the house is located just 10 minutes from the heart of Myrtle Beach attractions such as golfing (over 100 courses!), amusement parks, shows, outlet malls, museums, etc., and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach.General Information:There is a $12 per day per vehicle parking fee paid directly to Ocean Lakes. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles at the house and an overflow lot for additional vehicles.Linen – bed linen, towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels included. You are ready to relax!Property is a smart lock self check-in. Code will be provided the day prior to visit.Please Note House Rules:- You must be 25 years old to rent and must stay during the entire reservation- No smoking except on balconies and outside- A refundable damage deposit is required.- Contract must be signed before checking into the house.
