The place is located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s attractions including Disney World, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and others. We would love to invite you to enjoy our beautiful 5-bedroom home in the beautiful Solterra Resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.The home is beautifully furnished with impressive theme room decor and a game room for hours of fun! Enjoy all the amenities of the Solterra water park including a lazy river and large community poolRelax with a refreshing dip in the pool and spa and enjoy everything this unique home, upscale community amenities and Central Florida has to offer. We know you will enjoy this house as a perfect home base to bring your family and group together for some fun and excitement in Orlando!If you would like your pool heated, our pool heating fee is $45 per day. Please request pool heating before your arrival, with a preferred minimum of 2-days notice.Your AndesSTR vacation will be one that your family or group will talk about for years to come!The Neighborhood:Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores.
