Like all natural rivers, the Rivers has high seasons and low. In the spring and early summer, it is high and fast moving. As summer wanes, the river slows and lowers but never completely dies up. We are fortunate to have water year round so you will always enjoy the soothing sounds of the river. Children must be chaperone at all times, especially near the river. Please be cautious of current, especially during winter and early spring.AROUND::The Sequoias and surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains are some of the best that California has to offer. A nature lovers paradise, there are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking.
