Pool heat is extra charge fee of $40.00 + taxes per day with a mimimum of 3 days it needs to be requested and paid at least 24 hours check in.Pool Heather Agreement:When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit. In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80’s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.2. Minimum age to book Must be 21 years or older.3. Missing Items Delivery to Ups or Post Office is extra charge fee of $30+taxes4. BBQ grill is include guess need to refill the propane tank.
