We are also happy to announce two new decks.Privately set on a quiet road, in a beautiful neighborhood, this comfortably furnished cottage captures the essence of Hudson Valley living. Close to Saugerties, Rhinebeck, Uptown Kingston, Woodstock, H.I.T.S, skiing, sledding, wineries, boutiques, acclaimed restaurants and walking distance to several rustic farms where you can purchase your fresh produce, milk and farm raised eggs.You will not find a property quite like Brigham Place. You will have a beautiful 2.5 mile span of the creek between two lovely waterfalls to explore!Other things to noteWhile we do charge a cleaning fee, we do expect you to leave the house in the same condition you found it in! This is our home and we are so very happy to share it’s magic with you! Please take extra good care of it!We are also a pet friendly property because our fur babies are also part of the family! However, we do charge a one-time pet fee of $50 as it does take extra time to clean after our fur babies. Please disclose if you will be bringing a pet(s) with you!
