Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.-Pool/Spa heat can be used for an additional fee of $95/night and must be requested 48 hrs in advance.-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets.
