Magnificent Modern Condo – Perfect For 6 adults plus kidsThe condo is on the 2nd floor, all windows are private and/or face the water ( Lagoon). There is swimming pool and tennis courts on the premises. Parking is just downstairs. Owners are local, so you will get help if you need any right away! There is a code on the front door, so you will not have to worry to loose your keys.No waiting for the elevators! Only 3 min walk to the beach- across the street To keep the rates low we do not provide linens and towels – you will have to bring them with you. You can rent linens from us for $50 ( laundry service fee).PLEASE SEE THE CALENDAR WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE!!!!!!Large wrap-around Balcony faces the water (lagoon), no waiting for the elevators! Across the street ( 3 min walk!) from the beach, next to LAVELLA, Spinnakers, many restaurants, arcades. Condo can accommodate 10+ people, example 6 adults + 5 kids (1 king bed, 6 single beds( 4 beds + 2 futons), 2 pullout queen sleeper couches) There are enough pillows and blankets, however, if your group is larger than 8 persons – you may want to bring extra. You may want to bring your own linens, as we are not hotel and we don’t provide them. If you prefer – you can rent linens and towels for $50 per group ( this is the cost of laundry service). I am local and have a hair salon on the premises The name of the complex is St Thomas Square, only 3 min walk to the beach (right across the street!) ENJOY ON-SITE TENNIS, POOL, SAUNA, BBQ grill is by the swimming pool. VERY CLOSE TO YOUR FRONT DOOR PARKING, enjoy FREE WI-FI. Washer and dryer are in the unit. RESTAURANTS AND MAIN ATTRACTION ARE FEW STEPS AWAY, NO NEED TO DRIVE, Dollar General is right across the street, so you can simply walk and get the necessary supplies and no need to bring soap, sunscreen etc from home. This is the most popular place on the beach with not very much traffic! NO SMOKING!The dining table has 10 chairs ( perfect for large family!) Check-in is 3:30PM , check-out 9:30AM. Early check-in/ late check-out might be available for $35 (please call/text to confirm)In order to get your deposit back you will need to leave the condo ” As you found it” i.e. clean.
