Ground level contains a small garage that is for storage. Note: The garage is not big enough to fit a car. Up about 10 steps from the ground to the side entrance 1st level. The 1st level contains (split level) 2 bedrooms…one has a twin loft bed with a queen bed below and one has a king size bed, and a small hallway closet which contains full size front load washer & dryer. Up 5 steps to a small hallway that contains a hallway full bathroom and a street side master bedroom (king size bed & a day bed single with trundle bed single) with door into hallway bathroom. Up a full flight of steps to the middle level which contains living room with beach facing deck, dining area, and kitchen. Up 4 steps to a small hallway which contains a full bathroom and a street side 2nd master bedroom (king bed) with door into hallway bathroom. Note: Bed linens are not provided for any of the beds.Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.CHECK IN TIMES VARY/CHECK LEASEPlease Note: This property accepts families only.
