The driveway leads to the back of the property with a detached 1-car garage.Inside you have hardwood floors throughout the home and dual pane windows. The formal living room has two club chairs, a couch, coffee table, and as an added bonus a flat-screen TV hidden discreetly behind the framed art.Adjacent to the living room you have the guest bedroom with a full bed, bedside table with drawers, shelves, and a reading light. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.In the middle of the home, you have a quaint informal dining room with seating for four, a chandelier, and recessed lighting in the ceiling. The passageway to the Kitchen is a modern doublewide opening.The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with two bar stools, and a gas cooktop.
