Main Stay Cottage – Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 9Main Stay cottage has it all and is set to entertain any group large or small. Enter the home with two steps and then you will find everything on one level. This four bedroom cottage has a king bed in the master with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has king bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a single sized bunk bed. The first three bedrooms all have tv’s. The second shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo. This brings the sleeping capacity to 9 guests. The living room has a large screen tv, large sectional couch, sound bar, and a dining room table to seat all 9 guests comfortably. The galley kitchen is well equipped to cook your meals at the cottage or you can walk a few blocks to one of the many world class restaurants and bars Saugatuck has to offer. Enjoy coffee off the kitchen in the breakfast nook or immediately outside on the deck. It does not stop there, enjoy the 6 person hot tub or have a fire at the fire pit in the back yard. Adjacent to the back yard you will find tennis courts and basketball hoops for the competitive family members/ or friends. If the weather is not great hang out in the game room that is screened in, has a sound bar, bar area, and a pool table……..Enjoy!By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following rules:(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking.2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is Parking for 4 cars at the cottage. Cars can not be parked on the street in front of the cottage. If more cars are needed to be parked they can be parked in the school parking lot across the street.4.) Do not move the furniture.5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded – this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $150 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests’ responsibility.8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed – they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.10.) Quiet time is after 11pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. If enjoying the fire pit in the evening please keep voices down so that the neighbors are not bothered as this cottage is in the downtown neighborhood.11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage.13.) No more than 6 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT!14.) Hot tub towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels for hot tub.15.) Fireworks are prohibited at all times.16.) Do not set anything on the pool table. Pool is to be played correctly and children should not play pool unattended. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the guest. Only break away from the glass doors.17.) If there is firewood available you are welcome to use it however it is not provided.You will receive a text message from us with checkin instructions and the code for the door.
