A short walk along Sound Drive to the entrance of the giant slide trail brings you directly into Acadia National Park for hiking and a five minute ride in either direction brings you to Eagle Lake or Upper Hadlock for biking. Acadia at your fingertips!After a day of hiking and popovers at the Jordan Pond House, put your lobsters on to boil while the family gathers around the square dining table (seats 8, dishes, silver and linens for 12-16) then its over to the fireplace for drinks, snacks and games or choose a movie from the huge dvd selection… A perfect end to a perfect day in Acadia…3 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and 1 full size bed and gorgeous linens sleep two each and share a full bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has its own half bath and has four twin beds; the best kids room ever!
