This is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. Located just 4 miles outside of the non-commercialized mountain village of Bethel, Maine and just 15 minutes to Sunday River ski area it is the perfect destination in summer or winter. Winter seasonal tenants welcome, November-April, please message me for rates. Plenty of land and wooded areas are awaiting your exploration at this ideal retreat for couples and families. You also have the opportunity to take advantage of the Androscoggin River which is ideal for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. If you need to rent a kayak or canoe, or hire a fishing guide, you can do so in the town of Bethel.The home features 3 bedrooms and a finished basement with a futon and 2 twin mattresses. Sleeps 12 comfortably with all linens provided! Large deck and wrap around porch/with screened in area make it easy to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee or entertain guests in the afternoons or evenings. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the evening with your fellow travelers around the fire pit with wooden benches. Followed by a relaxing soak in your hot tub, friendly game of pool or darts, or a family video in the movie area in the finished basement. Whatever activity strikes your fancy, this home is sure to entertain you and your guests.Area Activities-Visit Mount Washington nearby, a short 45 minute drive to drive the auto road to the peak.
