Our property is close… yet just far enough to enjoy a little peace and quiet to read a book or take a nap!For some of the local activities: Take a tour of the famous Queen Mary, visit the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific or if you have time – take the ferry to Catalina island. Go whale watching and most likely you’ll get to see some dolphins frolicking alongside the boat. Again, there is quite a large selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques within walking distance. You might enjoy riding a bike or walking along the canals of Naples Island to look at beautiful homes, boats and/or beaches. If you don’t feel like walking, consider a gondola ride and relax while you enjoy the scenery by water! If we’re able to rerent your dates, you will be refunded for those dates less a $100 cancellation fee as well as the service fee VRBO retains. We continue to urge our guests to routinely wash your hands, continue to follow safety guidelines and wear a mask when recommended by our local government officials.We require our “Standard Rental Contract” to be signed and returned to us upon receipt of all accepted bookings as your “selected dates” are then “blocked off” on line once your deposit has been made. This contract details your payments, dates, etc. etc. per the agreement made through this site. This property is solely managed by the owner of property vs. a management company.
