Since the property is on the side of a cliff, the lower level is above ground and features views from every window and a fabulous deck for barbecues with a gas fire pit and a hot tub for relaxing. The driveway is designated for your private parking. There is room for 2-3 cars or park on the road.The property has its own private entrance, no internal shared spaces or external shared spaces(Hot tub, bbq area and the patio) .Further down the slope you will find many hidden treasures. There are more rock formations including a giant rock with a huge tree growing in the middle of it. There is a ledge where you can place a bench to sit back with a cocktail and enjoy nature. You can take nature walks to look for antlers, rocks, or driftwood.Guest access:Lower Level of the houseOther things to note:The owner maintains occupancy at the upper level of the house which has a separate entrance. You may encounter the owner when you are coming and going, however, the owner will NEVER be in your rental area.
