Up to two parking passes are available for additional purchase through separate vendor.The bedrooms are large and far enough apart for privacy. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a large bathroom with garden tub and shower, sliding glass doors that open directly onto the balcony, and a Smart T.V. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, and both have Smart T.V.s and bathroom.The very large balcony (300+ square feet) is a spectacular viewing area for the breathtaking sunsets, with table and chairs for eight (Dinner on the balcony, wonderful!).The kitchen is equipped with complete dinnerware. The condo also has a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and pots and pans for your convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for six. There is a bar area in the kitchen with three bar stools for additional seating. Kitchen has an island. New washer and dryer for your use.The living room features ample seating with a large sofa(folds out to queen-size bed) and love seat, a Smart T.V. Wet bar with an additional icemaker.
