Bring your boat and enjoy the 20ft x 16ft floating dock with 9′ of water. Take the boat out and wave to the guests on the screened in porch! Enjoy your own private beach, and unobstructed views of the lake. Spacious rooms including a private entrance to one of the three patios and a jetted tub in the master bathroom allow guests to wind down and relax after a day on the lake. The entire house is wired with a sound system to promote playing your favorites tunes. Enjoy family time either outside at the fire pit or with provided board games in front of the gas fireplace. This house also features limited mobility and/or handicap ramps to facilitate an easier time for all guests! Many memories can be made at this Lake Murray house! Things to know- Lake Views, Quiet area of the lake, private dock with plenty of room for fishing or to moor your boat, Wi-Fi available, 3 brand new smart TVs, fully stocked spacious kitchen, puzzles, and games to play in the evening or in case of rain! 3 kayaks with paddles, and life jackets are available for use, screened in porch and out side patio area.
