Tucked away in a quiet historical beach town is a spacious rocking chair front porch beach house. This house provides the perfect place for families looking to spend time together. Riding bikes along the beach or walking to any one of St Simons fabulous restaurants it’s the perfect place to bring your family and friends. The Village and Pier area provide more restaurants, great shopping, and a beautiful walking area along the waterfront.3 bedrooms with King Size beds1 bedroom with a set of bunk beds and 2 additional twin beds, the bunk beds are strictly for children2 full baths and half bathLarge spacious kitchen, family room, andFront porchLet me just say, this is NOT a party house! This is a home that we share to people who are looking to get away and spend time together and are respectful of the homes around them. The neighborhood is made up mostly of people that live there full time and we always want to be respectful of them and their privacy.* There is also the option of renting the entire house which in addition to what is listed.We offer another floor which includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom with shower, and large living room with mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee bar.This is an additional fee per nightWhen the top and bottom of the house are rented as one. A maximum of three cars are allowed to park on the property when renting the top and bottom. The bottom unit id is 2784143.When the top only is rented, the guest are allowed a 2 car maximum.No pets allowed.
