Making Memories – House ,Decks,Docks access to Kayaks/ Pickle /Tennis R 26 .Recently Modernized Home, Decks, and Docks within the last year. Our lake house is located on a quiet, deep water cove, which can be enjoyed from the large deck or the downstairs covered patio.The upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen with bar. The living room and dining area look at the lake through sliding glass doors which open on to the very spacious fully furnished deck. Two picnic tables and outdoor furniture cover the deck. There are two bedrooms and a bath with the Master Bedroom opening onto the deck through sliding glass doors which offers a beautiful view of Smith Mountain Lake. Our home is conducive to total relaxation and fun for the entire family.The downstairs opens to a covered patio from the den. This patio is amply furnished with a swing, corn hole set, fire ring, picnic table, and gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms with full size beds providing beautiful views of the lake and a utility room containing a washer, dryer and refrigerator.Highspeed WiFi access.The house has central air and heat. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.A lighted walkway with a handrail provides easy access to the lake. A “snack shack”, bi-level docks and a large sun deck. New decking and handrails installed last summer. There is both a refrigerator and microwave for your use in the Snack Shack. Two kayaks, one canoe along with a pedal boat for playing in the cove . The dock has an area for a boat to be tied along with ladders to exit the water when swimming .A floating dock is anchored near shore to enjoy the sun.Adjacent to the driveway to the lake house there is a 5 acre park with tennis and pickle ball courts, along with a basketball goal. Outside the courts, there is a soccer goal along with ample room for exploring. We try to have some recreation equipment for the ball courts onhand but we encourage to bring along rackets if interested .A floating dock is anchored near shore to enjoy the sun.We are conveniently located close to several wineries, grocery stores, Bridgewater Plaza, and public boat launch.We accept a dog with a $250 fee but please notify the owner. A dog waste disposal station is located near the bottom of the steps off deck and we ask to please empty along with trash at the end of your stay .Adjacent to the driveway to the lake house there is a 5 acre park with tennis and pickle ball courts, along with a basketball goal. Outside the courts, there is a soccer goal along with ample room for exploring.
