Take a flat, easy walk to all the shops, restaurants, galleries, parks, and the waterfront boardwalk. From a casual breakfast diner to a fine dining steakhouse, there is something to eat for everyone. Saugatuck also has a Broadway-quality theater with plays, musicals, concerts, and improv throughout the year.Malabar means between the mountains and the sea – in this case, the hill and the river. A great spot close enough to the residential area, but also close to the river for watching the endless parade of boats.Relax on the enclosed front porch with an evening beverage as you watch the world go by. Even in the unfortunate case of rain, this is an ideal place to kick back and enjoy the slower pace. Basic kitchen offers plenty of supplies to create a quick breakfast or a fantastic meal at home. Adjacent dining space is bright and welcoming with enough space to gather. The living room has a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and a sofa sleeper for extra space for guests. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room.Head upstairs where you can retreat for the evening. Three comfortable bedrooms for all your loved ones.
