This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom beach house is perfect for a couple with a cozy dining area, breakfast bar and covered balcony for dining outdoors, whale/dolphin/seal watching and al fresco dining. The second bedroom has a murphy bed and is mainly used as an office/ study. With hardwood flooring and carpet. It is comfortable and the location is perfect for an easy drive to Santa Monica and Topanga Canyon. House is decked out with everything you need incl. towels, dishes, linens and more. Comes with one space in garage, tandem and guest parking.
