Don’t miss one of the best views and most relaxed, private settings in Mammoth! Snowcreek offers luxurious, green rolling grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature’s majesty right out the back door. This is a spacious, beautiful year-round choice! 1500 square feet tri-level; 3 parking spaces. Close to free winter shuttle (Red Line) to town and Mammoth Mountain. Living Area upstairs: Large kitchen with newer appliances, high counter with bar chairs, dining area, natural river rock hearth wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD/Cable/Bluetooth, and deck with view & summer BBQ. downstairs: Main bedroom: king bed and full bath (TV/DVD/Cable), deck to back lawn. Bedroom #2: queen bed and shared bath (TV/DVD/VCR stream only/no cable) Loft: 1 twin + 1 double, also a queen aero bed mattress is available that fits in the living area for larger parties. Maximum Occupancy: 8, beds for 7 and one aerobed.We are no longer be a dog friendly unit except for those that are grandfathered in as previous guests with no damages. We have upgraded our flooring/painting and, unfortunately, received several serious damaging issues with dogs in late 2021 and early 2022 after nearly 15 years of few, if any, damages. Please contact the owner if you have questions about this policy. We also rent directly, primarily to past guests, which saves a few fees.Snowcreek Athlete Club & two golf courses are located nearby (access to these amenities is not included in the rental, but available to the public)Keywords: Condominium
