Perfect for movie nights or slide shows.(2) outdoor patios, huge backyard and grill.free parking *space in the driveway*Covered driveway is not accessible to guest and cannot be blocked. Guest must leave space for cars to get in and out of driveway.The Area:The property is located in the beautiful and Historical Seven Oaks section of Orange, just minutes away from Greater New York City and (17 minutes) Newark Airport, among many other world-class destinations in the NYC and NJ Metropolitan area.The Berkeley is ideal for stays of up to 10 guests:• Visits to New York City or New Jersey• Family reunions• Friend low-key get-togethers• Movie night• Remote-working professionals looking for aspacious alternative• Special occasion BBQs• Small start-up company retreat• Long-term family staysFloor 1:Entrance from the front of the house. Private entrance.*(May sometimes be occupied during your stay, Host will let you know before confirming your reservation.
