Mar & Apr 2025 availability at beautiful Siesta Key! Check it out & book today!Recently updated one bedroom condo located directly across from the north entrance to Siesta Public Beach. From this unit you will enjoy the view from the screened in lanai with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the gadgets you need for your home away from home. The open floor plan allows the view throughout the condo. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, and the couch in the living room is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and the love seat can pull out to a single size sleeper sofa. Our unit can accommodate up to four people.The living room has a 50″ HD TV, along with a DVD player. The TV in the bedroom is a 32″ smart TV. HD cable and high-speed internet are provided in the unit as well.All linens and towels are provided including beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella are available in the beach locker for your use as well.The community is beautifully maintained throughout the year offering a large Olympic sized heated swimming pool, newly renovated recreation room & fitness center. We have three BBQ grills that are available to use as well as a shuffleboard court.The village is a short distance away whether on foot or by free trolley ride. Enjoy a cocktail, quaint shops or a bite to eat while taking in the sights. There is much to do on the key or just relax and enjoy the sun, pool and beach!Kick your feet up and enjoy a little bit of paradise.During the busy season we do require a saturday to saturday stay with more flexibility in off season. This is a long estabished vrbo unit with the former owner with great reviews, however, being under new ownership, it makes this a new listing.
