No access to the Garage or first floor.The Neighborhood:• walking distance to King’s Plaza, where you can find a lot of restaurants and supermarket.•minutes drive to the City of San Francisco, close to malls, restaurants, freeway, beach and San Francisco Zoo.Getting Around:A car is recommended.Other Things to Note:CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.Security Deposit ($500 USD)—As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.—Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.Interaction with Guests:We promptly respond to messages, calls or e-mails.
