In November 2015, we blocked off the entire month to Remodel the Kitchen, Master Bath, Guest Bath, Repaint and Replaced Fixtures.We blocked out the entire month of November, 2015 to Remodel the Kitchen (new Cabinets, Granite Countertops, Fixtures and paint) as well as the 2nd Bath and Master Bath Vanities, Fixtures and Countertops.In May 2012 we spent $60K on a remodel including new paint, tile, appliances, fixtures, furniture, mattresses, electronics, flatware, cookware, utensils, fans, linens, etc. In 2013 we continued the upgrades with a new King Bed and Chair in the Master and more Kitchen provisions.Sip your morning coffee on the balcony as SoWal wakes up and the pool comes to life. Head out to the soft white sands for a morning stroll or pick out your umbrella and chair for the day. As lunch time approaches head up to the condo for a sandwich and relax on the balcony while keeping an eye on the kids enjoying the pool and waterfalls.As the day heats up take a short walk to the Sugar Shack in Rosemary Beach for an ice cream or a mid day iced coffee. Treat the kids to a toy at GiGi's. Return to your umbrella and enjoy magic hour as the sun glistens on top of the ocean waves. When everyone is ready retreat back to the condo to freshen up for the evening.Dinner time. Walk to Wild Olives in Rosemary Beach and enjoy a casual dinner with your favorite wine.
