And a few minutes from supermarkets, medical facilities & pharmacies.The Tradewinds has been updated and features a beach front heated pool, access to bar-b-q, library and work/conference room. Laundry room for your convenience on each floor.The beach front heated pool offers year round enjoyment, open from sunrise to dusk with the deepest depth at 8ft. And who needs a walking/running track when the beach has the ideal packed sand walking access with spectacular view of the beach.Cleaning service including towel & bed linen change is provided mid-month and every 15 days for extended stays.The unit has been newly furnished and re-done with a brand new fully equipped kitchen that provides from a single-serve Keurig coffee maker to a MrCoffee full carafe. Additionally the kitchen includes a large capacity air fryer, food processor, blender & many basic necessities. You’ll have easy access within steps from the elevator, storage & laundry room. The spacious master bedroom/bath Ensuite has a new king size bed with high rated Super Soft Foam bedding along with a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has the same quality bed in Queen size. If additional bedding is needed, the queen size sofa has a soft extra thick foam mattress for comfort. If you need to work while you play (we recommend you disconnect), you have WiFi and a flip top coffee table in the living room that facilitates a quick play/work transition. The unit faces the Island and does not offer a balcony. For entertainment you have a Roku TV with access to Netflix, Peacock and apps that give you easy access to your favorite shows and channels.Don’t worry about beach gear, we have you covered from a tent, wagon, cooler, umbrellas, chairs & towels. All stored in a private use storage room.A $150 application fee will apply per adult or married couple with the Tradewinds association. This application will be sent once you have confirmed your reservation and needs to be sent in 30 days in advance.Per HOA requirement there is a 30 day minimum stay (except Feb). A 5% discount will be applied to stays longer than 29 nights, please contact host.Contact Host if you have any questions about the area, special requests, needs or need to adjust the min night stay.Note: There is currently an external renovation occurring at the property, balcony replacements and painting that may affect your stay.
