Hurricane IAN Update. Our property did really well with no issues. We have Power and we have internet. Our Building survived Well. Our beach access is open. The pool is open. All in all we are blessed. Marco is opening up and restaurants and groceries are open again. Marco did very well. Naples not so much. Please pray and help those in Ft Myers and Sanibel. To help locals in need we reduced our minimum night stay to 14 nights for October. We will also work with local people in SWFL to $150 a night if they need it from now to end of year.Our condo description remains as before. Perfect freshly updated beachfront condo overlooking the white sands of Marco Island’s famous pristine beach. Enjoy a shaded Lanai with a view of the pool, the gulf of Mexico and Tigertail Beach. The Sun appears each day around 3:00 p.m. and provides a magnificent sunset vista all year long. One of the best places to view Sunset in all of Marco Island. This 2 bed 2 bath 17th floor fully renovated, extensively remodeled and professionally decorated unit in 2019! New open kitchen with tray ceiling and custom LED lighting, new appliances and tiled Marble backsplash. Custom Master bath with recessed lighting, walk in shower, double vanity’s, custom mirror, walk in closest and barn door entry. Updated 2nd Bathroom with new cabinets, Italian Porcelain tile and spacious shower. Guest and Master bedrooms have individual access to the over-sized balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico year-round sunsets, Tigertail Beach and lagoon along with community pool. This beach front condo located at South Seas in a resort style 24 hr guard gated community. Wake up to the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico outside your door.
