Huge private beach with 110 feet of lake frontage. Huge lot, with plenty of lawn for outside enjoyment, additional parking or setting up tents. Property is on the East side of the Lake so you can enjoy the legendary Canandaigua Lake Strawberry Sunsets. There is a Private beach and permanent dock, which is great for sun bathing and swimming. State Park nearby for boat launching. Washer dryer in the house. Two full bathrooms, Cozy living room, piano, expanded Cable TV and WIFI. Large dining room that can seat 12 people or more. Beautiful deck with cooking grill. Waterfalls and Great hiking at Grimes Glenn and Hi-Tor is only 20-25 minutes away. The City of Canandaigua is only 5 miles North which includes a water park and CMAC performing art center is only 4 miles away if you want to get in a concert. 2017 line up includes.
