This Marilyn themed 6 person vacation rental is perfect for any group looking to enjoy a short or long term stay in palm springs. This listing is centrally located as well as child and pet friendly without having to worry about a pool. Lawn games and a ping pong table are available for guests to enjoy. Transient Occupancy Registration Permit # 9273 The main living area features a fully stocked kitchen, and living room that looks out to the backyard. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bathroom. Two secondary bedrooms feature queen size beds and share the guest bathroom. Garage access is included and access to a large backyard with lawn games and a ping pong table. The neighborhood is a 2 minute drive from the main downtown area of palm springs as well as 5 minutes from the airport. Local Residents frequently walk pets around the streets. The property features a big drive way with lots of parking, a garage, and a separate round drive in and out driveway. Pets are always welcome, we just ask that your pets are always supervised and never left un attended in the house or backyard. Many families enjoy this property without having to worry about the dangers that come with young children and pools. There is no pool so this property is a great child friendly option.
