King bed.Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.Bedroom 2: King bed. TV.Bedroom 3: Double bed. TV.Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway – also has bedroom 2 access.Balcony: Peaceful and spacious balcony. Waterfront!Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.Marina: This complex is Marina front, connected to our beautiful waterway. Nearby, you will find businesses that provide the ability to rent boats, jet skis, etc. (fees apply) to enjoy while you are here!Beach: Only about 2 miles (5 minutes) from this complex.Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.Guest Access:Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner’s closet) along with the shared complex pool, lobby, etc.The Neighborhood:The condo is located in North Myrtle Beach – which makes for an ideal vacation. Waterfront (Marina) complex! Less than 2 miles to our beautiful coastline in Cherry Grove – North Myrtle Beach!Getting Around:Guests can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.Other Things to Note:PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.Cancellation Policy – Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.No pets. Minimum booking age 25.
