The complex includes a full gym, three swimming pools, six tennis courts, a cafe with lunch and dinner room service, a cocktail bar and a beauty salon. Free parking. You must have multiple positive reviews from other owners to be considered by the property owner.Property built by the Howard Hughes Company from 1970-1978. Center tower used to be a resort hotel, but now all the units are privately-owned condos.28-day minimum rental by local rules. A lease must be signed prior to arrival. A non-refundable $400 “move-in/move out” fee is required by the complex.The fee for the use of the pools, gym, tennis courts and related facilities is $50 per person per month which is, of course, optional and can be paid at any time during your stay.
