This Beautiful home was built in 1907 and sits directly on the water of the Chesapeake Bay. You can enjoy your own private dock for fishing or mooring your boat.This cottage offers 4 Bedroom and 3 Bathrooms and because it sits directly on the water – it’s perfect for fishermen and wildlife lovers as birds, geese and duck are all around.This home features a downstairs Master bedroom with 1 Queen Size Bed and 1 Twin Bed with Pillow Top mattresses that opens onto the deck overlooking the bay. The master Bedroom on the upper floor has wonderful views of the Bay and features a King Size Pillow Top mattress. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen and a Twin.And the 4th features a Queen size bed. A wonderful outdoor deck overlooks the Bay and makes for a great place to enjoy coffee on cool mornings or shade on the warm ones.We have a large living room with a large Smart TV and High Speed WiFi for all your streaming needs.This home has central heat/air; dishwasher, 3 full bathrooms, a downstairs Master bedroom, decks overlooking the bay, a private dock, a full and fantastic kitchen featuring brand new stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop range.Fish from your backyard or on the fantastic private dock.We are pet friendly with a small pet fee.This is a residential property situated in a residential neighborhood. Perfect for a family, or small subdued family gatherings. We have neighbors very close by who assist us in monitoring this home. Anything resembling a party will be subject to the conditions as listed.This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.
