We do not store flammable items in the unit so plan to buy charcoal if you want to grill out.-The Mariners Walk pool has a kids pool to the side not a hot tub. They are not actively heated so although it is warm in Charleston most of the year, in the colder months the pool temps can be a bit chilly- This condo is as short walk from the beach but is not beachfront. You may be able to catch a glimpse of the sea from the master bedroom or back porch but it is not an ocean view condo.- We encourage you to rent bikes to get around! (only residents are allowed golf carts in Wild Dunes)
