Hollywood Regency architecture, beautiful views, privacy, very close to community pool and hot tub. Our home at the gated Marrakesh Country Club features a large entry courtyard and south facing extended patio with remote control awning over the full 50′ width. 10′ ceilings with full sliding glass frame your golf course & mountain views. Completely furnished inside and out with fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ. Nicely situated away from traffic noise. Fully private course, but Social & Golf memberships are available for a monthly fee. Newer King size beds in 3 rooms plus Queen in the bonus room to sleep 7. All bedrooms have private access to bathrooms. Outdoor furnishings are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with great glassware, sharp knives, and loads of dishware and cutlery.The Marrakesh Country Club is unique in the Valley, with just 364 private homes sited around an 18 hole executive course which is meticulously maintained and challenging to play. This is a private club, but tenants may obtain privileges for the course and club house. Dining is top notch in our newly renovated Club House, with beautiful golf course and mountain views – don’t miss the Friday night happy hour. Tennis court, croquet, pickle ball, bocci & fitness room are all available with monthly membership. There are 14 pools and hot tubs, with one just across from our unit. There is an attached garage with room for one vehicle, and guest parking nearby. Enjoy fresh citrus fruit from the many trees nearby!Currently available from March 27, 2024 for minimum 30 days.
