Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Guests can gather to eat around the dining table and the breakfast bar.The master suite has a king-size bed, oversize soaking tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom offers two full/double beds and a bathroom with a shower, tub, and 2 sinks. For additional sleeping accommodations the couch in the living room converts to a bed. There are televisions throughout, and a DVD player in living area. Also included in the living room is a gas log fireplace. Enjoy the views of Hilton Head from the fully furnished private balconies and patios. There is an in-villa washer and dryer and complimentary Internet access.The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund.
