The interior is roomy, with 9-foot ceilings. There are four balcony porches, three having rocking chairs, hammock chairs or a swing where you can enjoy beautiful views of the beach or low country marsh. Or the moon rising to cast enchanting sparkles on the ocean in the front yard. “Marsa’s Place” is ideal for two or three couples, a mix of three or four adults with three or four kids, any combination up to seven.The home’s back door opens onto a panoramic sweep of marsh, your shared dock giving you access to Frampton Creek. You can swim from the dock, kayak, fish, crab, enjoy the dazzling sunsets. Many times, dolphins glide by…. always a thrill.Or go out the front door where the majestic sight and sound of the sea welcome you. A leisurely stroll of less than a mile takes you to our unusually quiet stretch of beach (Edingsville Beach) which offers you hours of shelling, surf fishing, beach walking or a picnic. Or a nap.Late afternoon everyone seems to be drawn to the front porch. To enjoy the sea breeze, the exotic birds flying and floating, the incredibly grand view of the marsh and ocean through the limbs of ancient oak trees. And to sip your glass of wine as you rock and think: “what an amazing place.”____________________________________________________________________________No Smoking. The elevator is for cargo only.*Please note: Per the POA, guests and renters in the Cowpens area are not authorized to bring or rent golf carts. Please note, access to Edingsville Beach through the gate is pedestrian-only. Vehicle access to the beach through Jeremy Cay is not permitted.
