The villa was recently renovated. It is bright and airy and being a corner unit, it has even more windows to enjoy the natural beauty that is Fripp Island.The villa is located next to a bike path and just a very short walk to the beach.  The villa comfortable sleeps a family of 4 or is perfect for that romantic getaway.The first floor has a large family room with a queen size  pull out sofa in the family room and a full gathroom. The dining area seats four. The villa features a fully stocked kitchen including microwave and drip coffee maker.  The second level features a queen size primary bedroom and full bathroom with beautiful views of the marsh from the balcony.Golf carts are a preferred form of transportation on Fripp Island and one can be rented from one of the many companies serving the island.PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet.
