High-end, freshly laundered bedding and towels provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.Dive into the sparkling community pool for a refreshing escape after a day at the beach or try your luck at reeling in a Lowcountry catch on the community fishing dock. Full washer and dryer conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the home for your use. Additional amenities include central heat and air, modern appliances, and a starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen. Some guests recommend renting a golf cart or bikes from a local company to take back and forth to the beach and around the island.There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. If you have a 3rd vehicle, guests may pay a refundable deposit to get 1 extra parking pass for the first come, first serve overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 2 blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants.
