However, you are close enough to hop on your bike and be there within minutes. It is about a 2 miles from Seabrook Island’s North Beach. Park and walk to the beach to relax under the sun. Stroll to the end of the Island where you may even see the dolphin strandfeed. Enjoy the Creekwatch neighborhood pool just steps from the villa. Just past the pool is the Seabrook Crabbing dock – perfect for fishing, crabbing or enjoying the view. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
