It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-87 fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it will be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. FMH is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.Some homes may have an added secutiry camera or ring door bell facing the driveway/entry of the home for security purposes.
