This home is 2 houses from the bustling shops and exquisite dining on Pine Ave and about a five-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.Mary’s Place sits on a large private property directly on Lake Marsha.The nature-lovers back yard has plenty of room to enjoy fishing, BBQing, sunbathing, kayaking, or just relaxing by the wood burning firepit.Mary’s Place is a lovingly restored home offering a laid-back vacation vibe reminiscent of old Anna Maria. The house has a great flow and connection between the bright and airy living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, providing a great place to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. The large lanai offers another comfortable place to relax and entertain guests. There is also an outdoor shower to clean up after the beach.Mary’s Place is a ground level home offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom and brand new master bathroom are on one side of the house, along with a 2nd king bedroom and full bathroom, which has a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom is an ensuite on the other side of the house with a small bathroom and also has direct access to the lanai and front porch. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.The dining room has a wall of glass windows overlooking the backyard and mangroves along Lake Marsha.Four parking spaces are provided on the driveway.
