There is even a NEW refrigerator! Our home has full cable as well as access to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more! There are two bedrooms in our home, and two with toilet-tub-shower for maximum comfort.Bedroom 1: King Bed with private bathroomBedroom 2: 2 Twin BedsEnjoy the convenience of also having a NEW washer and dryer, regular coffee maker and a Keurig!No dogs, emotional support animals, or pets of any kind allowed. This includes all emotional support animals as the HOA does not accept emotional support animal paperwork as sufficient in regards to the rule that renters are not allowed to have animals on property. The HOA will fine $500 for violations, which will be charged to the guest for each violation.
