Very convenient to the restaurants and shops at Surrey Center as well as the attractions on The Hill.The homeowner is an interior designer and has decorated the home with high-end furniture and fixtures. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, custom walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the guest bath with a combo tub/shower. The private back sunroom includes a twin bed with a twin trundle that can be pulled across the room for separation. The backyard includes a large deck with an outdoor TV, smoker, griddle, and smokeless fire pit.With multiple entertaining areas, we ensure you won’t miss a minute of the action, even when you’re not on the course!Please note, we have a very lovable Golden Retriever. While we do a deep clean before guests arrive, we do want to make this known to anyone with severe pet dander allergies : )
