Only 15 minute walk to the tournament. Newly remodeled single story brick home that you can see Berckman’s Place from the living room window. House is located on a 3/4 acre lot and is very spacious inside. Three large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two great inside sitting areas with large tv’s for watching the tournament being played just thought the woods. The backyard is huge with a great covered outside patio with a fireplace and tv above the mantle. Patio has a Big Green Egg and RecTeq for grilling. Walking to the tournament is right around the corner. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board. Kitchen has a breakfast room sitting area for four people. Refrigerator has ice and water dispenser in the door. Four burner cooktop with stove. Coffee maker, microwave and plenty of kitchen wear.
