Maui Family Vacation Rental – KOA ResortAir conditioning to be installed June 2024.Aloha and welcome to our Maui vacation home.The first floor location is convenient and offers a private garden setting from the lanai. The two bedroom one bath condo has been updated with all new appliances and furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan to keep the nights cool. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and ceiling fan; there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both rooms are furnished with Pottery Barn bedding.The unit also provides free high speed internet and a brand new washer & dryer. KOA Resort has a very large pool, hot tub, shuffle board, tennis courts and gas barbecue grills in the cabana, located on five acres of tropical landscaped grounds.Sugar Beach is a walk away and is well known for its romantic sunsets, great swimming, 6 miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching.The winter months are wonderful for whale watching and will be a sight you will never forget. Whale season starts November through March when they return from Alaska to our warm waters of the Pacific Ocean.We’d love to welcome you to our Maui condo which is located in the heart of the best beaches, snorkeling and surfing spots, golfing, scenic day trips, hiking, and biking trails, restaurants, retail stores, and a whole lot more. You can quickly drive to great snorkeling beaches along the coastline, or head into Wailea (the next town over) for high-end shopping, dining, luau’s, and additional beach options. You’ll never run out of things to explore and do on this beautiful island.Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.
